4.2 Browser

4.2.1 Open the browser

This module provides a genome browser for each species in PlanT2T, where users can interactively browse genetic information including gene sequences, intron and exon arrangements, etc. This tool was developed based on JBrowse2.

4.2.2 Upload track

Users can upload their own data tracks to the genome browser for comparison with the reference genome. The uploaded data can be in the form of GFF3, BED, BigWig, Bam, VCF and so on.
