Here are five panels, transcript information, gene sequence, gene annotation , homologous genes and gene expression

3.3.1 Transcript information

The transcript information panel shows the query gene’s transcript information, including transcript ID, gene ID, location, GO, KEGG, and function.

3.3.2 Gene sequence

The gene sequence panel shows the query gene sequence in DNA, mRNA, CDS, and protein format.

3.3.3 Gene annotation

The gene annotation panel shows the gene functional annotation, including gene ontology, pathway, domain information, and so on.

3.3.4 Homologous genes

The homologous genes panel shows the phylogenetic tree of the query gene in other species.

3.3.5 Gene expression

The gene expression panel shows the expression profile of the query gene in different tissues.
