4.10 Primer Designer

The Primer Design tool integrates with Primer3 to assist users in designing PCR primers based on the genomic sequences available in PlanT2T. After choosing a species and genomic region and setting parameters such as product length and Tm, users can obtain their primer sequences for lab work.
