Introduction of Download Module

Here, PGCP provides a download module where you can download the genomes of species and their annotation files from any PGCP database. You can choose to download directly or with the command line, but please note that you can download up to 20 files at a time at the same time. In addition, you can filter the files by filtering the file type to find the file you need or by searching the search box for the field you need to find.

The scope of gene searching

We provide file type to narrow down the genomic data types, as the suffix format varies from genomic file to genomic file.
