The Functional enrichment tool in PGdatabase helps users identify biological processes, molecular functions, and cellular components that are statistically overrepresented among a list of differentially expressed genes. This can provide insights into the biological significance of the gene set. Users can upload the PGdatabase ID in the correct format and the program will perform the Functional enrichment.

NOTES: Each line has one Gene ID, separated by CRLF. The PGdatabase ID can be obtained using the ID conversion module.
