4.11 MSA Viewer
4.11.1 Usage
The MSA Viewer tool in T2T-Hub helps users visualize multiple sequence alignment (MSA) results. The MSA is a technique used to align multiple sequences of DNA, RNA, or protein to identify regions of similarity. The MSA Viewer tool provides an interactive visualization of the MSA results, allowing users to explore the alignment and identify conserved regions, insertions, and deletions.
The MSA Viewer tool can’t be displayed properly in the Firefox browser due to compatibility issues. We have contected the developers, but currently, there is no solution available. So, please avoid using Firefox when accessing the MSA Viewer tool. We recommend using Edge, Chrome or Safari for the best experience with the MSA Viewer tool.

4.11.2 Results
The MSA Viewer tool provides an interactive visualization of the MSA results. Users can explore the alignment, zoom in and out, and navigate through the sequences to identify conserved regions and variations. You can also download the MSA results for offline analysis.
